December 3rd to December 12th students have the opportunity to bid on fun experiences with all of our staff. The Our Teacher Experience Auctions of the year started two weeks ago with over 125 activities available. From Friday night karaoke and pizza with Mrs. Swain and Mrs. Macfarland, to being Superintendent for a day, with founder and CEO, Karalei Nunn., Thisthis annual tradition has been around for as long as we can all remember.
The teacher auctions have always been a core foundation in the Meridian community. It allows students and teachers to interact with fun experiences outside of the classroomthroughout the year. Thanks to our teachers who have offered their time and creativity we are able to build a stronger community where we all get to know each other better.
Not only are there experiences from our school but as well as some local donations from our Round Rock community for the chance to do fun things like private lessons, to custom print shirts, to even a three month membership at soul strong yoga.
Ms. Jacobs who has offered a teacher experience says “I did an experience last year with Ms. Baker and it was very exciting so when she asked if I wanted to this year as well I was excited to get the opportunity to help the school again.”
